Margie Kilgore

Executive Assistant

With over 20 years of experience in administration, Margie is the engine that drives HDREP’s operation. Not only does she function as Holly Duran’s Executive Assistant, but she is project coordinator to HDREP’s clients and oversees all aspects of office matters including administration, marketing, IT, and HR. She thrives at multi-tasking and enjoys the challenge of performing different roles, and ensures that clients are served efficiently and accurately.

For nearly a decade, she worked at OWP/P (now Cannon Design), an architectural and engineering firm based in Chicago where she initially was a Project Administrator and learned the dynamics of the Corporate/Commercial, Healthcare, and Education markets. She later became Executive Assistant to the firm’s leadership team before becoming the firm’s Administrative Services Manager and HR Generalist. Margie was also an Associate of the firm and for many years was an active mentor in their Mentor/Protégé Program.

Margie has a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts degree from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.  Also an entrepreneur, she and her son recently started Boon of the Blue Balloon, an art shop that has created HDREP's annual holiday greetings and various invitations.

Formerly a board member of the Children's Service Board at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago, Margie continues to help raise funds for various events, including the Annual Gold Coast Fashion Award Show and the Move for the Kids 5K Walk/Run.
